Speak Up

At Mondiale VGL, we are committed to fostering a culture of openness, integrity, and accountability. We believe everyone plays a vital role in creating an environment that supports our mission, embraces inclusivity, and enables everyone to thrive. Doing the right thing matters.

We encourage everyone who works with us, and those we do business with, to report concerns if they suspect or become aware of misconduct or wrongdoing.  This includes concerns involving health & safety, bullying or harassment, bribery and corruption, anti-competitive behaviour, theft and fraud, or other instances of unethical behaviour or fraudulent activity.

Speak Up is Mondiale VGL’s confidential reporting programme operated independently by Deloitte where concerns can be reported by phone, email, online or by post.

Concerns reported through Speak Up can be made confidentially or anonymously, although it’s important to note that making an anonymous report may be subject to some local laws and regulations.

Our priority is to protect and support people who speak up and raise genuine concerns. Mondiale VGL will not tolerate any behaviour that discourages someone from reporting potential misconduct or wrongdoing, or behaviour regarded as retaliation against a report that has been made.

Country-specific protections for disclosing wrongdoing may apply in the countries where we operate. While we do not provide legal advice on these protections, we encourage individuals to seek independent legal guidance for further information.
